Our educational rehab videos are uniquely created and copyrighted by Dr. Allie and are intended exclusively for current clients. These materials are designed to support the care of your animal and should not be shared or distributed in any form. **Access to the Rehab Video Portal will be provided via a secure password, which you’ll receive in your horse’s personalized treatment plan. The portal can be accessed through our website under the "Rehab Portal" tab.**

By accessing this content, you agree not to share the password or redistribute the videos. These materials are intended solely for the care of your animal under our supervision.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy *

By checking the boxes below, you acknowledge that you have fully read our policy and agree to adhere to it.

Please be advised that cancellations made up to 48 hours before a scheduled appointment via email, text or phone call will be processed without a penalty.

Cancellations made 48 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of half of the service rate. This includes appointments where our service provider is unable to access the property, is turned away, rescheduled appointments or the client is a no-show.

If Veterinary Acupuncture and Rehabilitation Services cancels an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability.

We require any communication regarding cancellation or rescheduling of appointments be done during business days and hours. Please note that we are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

We have a non-refundable $150 booking fee policy in order to secure your initial appointment. We will require a credit card on file in order to reserve your animal’s initial appointment. If you choose to cancel, make changes or do not show up for your appointment the fee will be kept, otherwise it will be applied to your first appointment.

I understand that results of acupuncture and/or spinal manipulation cannot be guaranteed and that, as with any medical procedure, the risk of complications or injury is always present to some degree.

I understand that an acupuncture and/or spinal manipulation treatment can include low-level laser therapy and electrical stimulation. Complications of acupuncture and modalities are uncommon, and include, but are not limited to: delayed healing, failure to improve, worsening of a condition. I consent to and authorize acupuncture treatment(s), if recommended by the veterinarian.

I certify that I have not been given any medical promise of success or guarantee of outcome of services received. I understand that every medical condition is different and the outcomes are based on multiple factors.

I understand that acupuncture and/or spinal manipulation may be offered as part of an animal’s treatment. Complications of acupuncture and/or spinal manipulation are uncommon, and include, but are not limited to: broken needle under the skin, needle ingestion, infection, bleeding, nerve damage, pneumothorax. I consent to and authorize the performance of acupuncture and/or spinal manipulation therapy, if recommended by the veterinarian.

I understand that if my horse is wet due to adverse weather (e.g., rain), Dr. Turner will be unable to safely perform acupuncture. In such cases, the appointment will be canceled, and a cancellation fee of 50% of the total treatment cost will apply. To help ensure your horse remains dry and can receive treatment, we recommend blanketing them the night before their appointment, especially during the winter months.
